Booking conditions for direct bookings at Bed & Breakfast Gerlachus.
Read these Booking Conditions carefully. They explain a number of important matters and describe our respective rights and obligations. For the conditions of the booking platforms to which we are affiliated, see our conditions on the websites of these platforms.
1. Pay for your reservation
At Bed & Breakfast Gerlachus you can pay in the following way: cash and online payment. Credit card payments are not possible.
Depending on the type of booking, partial or full prepayment of the reservation amount may be required at the time of booking.
2. Prices
Prices are stated on the website. The price includes breakfast and tourist tax. Tourist tax is listed on the “Prices” page.
3. Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all information and prices on both our website and on the various booking platforms are accurate. However, changes and sometimes errors may occur, in which case we reserve the right to correct prices and other data.
4. Cancellation on your part
You can cancel your reservation up to one week before the first date you booked. If you cancel later, we will charge you the first day of your booking.
5. If we cancel your reservation
In exceptional circumstances we may be forced to cancel your reservation. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible (by phone or email). We impose an effort obligation on ourselves to propose an alternative accommodation location to you.
6. Special requests
If you have special requests, please let us know at least a few days before the first date of your reservation and preferably when you make your reservation. This concerns, for example, special requests regarding diet, arrival and departure times and / or the provision of an extra facility.
7. Behavior
You are our guest. We assume that you respect our privacy. The room is available as accommodation, not to receive third parties.
By making a reservation, you accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for such damage or loss must be made directly to the property at that time.
8. Adjustment of the booking conditions
We can adjust and / or supplement these booking conditions at any time. In this case we put the new version of the booking conditions online. They will automatically apply to all reservations with immediate effect.
